We provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are several different shift options that may be available to suit your work and personal schedule. See below for current openings as well as how to complete an application.
Benefits may include: health insurance, KPERS, Cafeteria Plan, and paid leave (vacation, sick, and personal). We offer a $2 differential pay for hours worked between 3:30 pm on Friday and 4:30 pm on Sunday.

Best Life Community Services is accepting applications for substitutes to work in the absence of support staff, and/or cover vacant positions until full time coverage is secured. Substitutes will work with people with developmental disabilities, performing day-to-day activities in the home or workplace, and by accessing the community for special events. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Pay will range from $16-18.50 per hour. Substitute staff are required and paid to attend training both initially and annually.

Position: Evening Support Staff at Best Life Community Services, Group Home in Seneca.
HOURS: One Week:
Thursday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Friday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Next Week
Sunday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Thursday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Friday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
This Schedule rotates between these two weeks.
(This position works every Thursday and Friday, and every other Saturday/Sunday)
STARTING PAY: 17.50/hour
(There is an additional $1.00/hour differential paid for hours between 3:30 pm Friday and 4:30 Sunday.)
BENEFITS: Benefits are available based on the number of hours worked per week.
